***SALE PENDING***I have owned this Alpenlite Santa Fe 1150 since 2012, and have taken immaculate care of it. This is the ultimate camper for anything from a weekend outing to an extended fishing or hunting trip. Tons of storage in the cabinets under the dinette, an 8 ft storage bin that slides out to hold all of your gear, interior coat/gear closet, and several cabinets in the main sleeping area. Camper has a slide out in the dining/sleeper area allowing several people to navigate with plenty of room. Microwave, Dometic fridge, 3 burner stove and an oven that has been used maybe 3 times over the years. Bathroom has flushing toilet, sink and shower. There is also an exterior shower. There are two awnings: one over the slide out and the other at the entrance, both functioning fine and the awning material still has plenty of life in it. 5 gallon hot water heater, and forced air heater with arctic package that keeps your tanks from freezing on any winter outings.

- Interior is spotless, but like all things the exterior does have normal wear and tear of a camper this age
- This camper was purchased and spent most of its life in Alaska, and thus does not have air conditioning. It does however have a "Fantastic" fan, and I purchased a portable A/C since I have used the camper on the East Coast
- This camper REQUIRES a one ton capacity truck with an 8 ft bed. I have used a Ford F-350 Powerstroke to carry this camper. It is heavy, and a 3/4 ton truck will not work
- The camper comes with Fast-Gun tie-downs and locks, set them once to your truck frame mounts and securing your camper takes about 3 minutes
- Camper is equipped with remote operated independent electric jacks to make on/off loading about a quick process.
- I have an older Honda 2000 W generator that I used in primitive camping sites that is available for additional cost.
