2020 Cedar Creek Hathaway 38RTH

We absolutely love this fifth wheel but life has us moving in other directions. It has a handful of weekend trips under it's belt and two trips from Indiana to Georgia. Everything has been maintained and all service work as well as additional upgrades have been done by Orvan at Amish Family RV (known in the Cedar Creek world as being the absolute best in the business). Transferable extended warranty has ~5 years remaining.

This model includes a front living room with power theater seating, two trifold sofa beds, 50" flat screen TV, and entertainment center. The "center section" includes a kitchen a with residential fridge, convection microwave, full pantry with pull-out drawers, center island, dining area that can accomodate 4, spacious bathroom w/ tall ceilings allowing for the tallest of individuals to shower comfortably. The rear section of the camper includes the queen size bed and washer and dryer along with closets. Below the bed is a large garage that can accomadate a lifted golf cart while also having built in toolboxes. Tons of storage outside along with outside TV, fridge, and speaker system.

I have done all mechanical and preventative upgrades that Orvan has suggested including but not limited to bracing for the axles to ensure they remain true, braces for gear assembly on hydraulic slides to ensure they stay on track, additional LED tailights, locking box around outside control panel for autolevel system, etc.
