This unit was just brought out of winterization and inspected from top to bottom. Everything was run tested and found fully functional, including the furnace and A/C system, Hot water tank, Refrigerator/s, stove top, water pump, plumbing water and drain lines, faucets, china toilet, shower faucet with hand held wand, outdoor shower, holding tank flushing system, power slide out room with awning, power awning, all light fixtures, electric stabilizers, landing gear, holding tanks and drain valves and electric outlets. Chassis, axles, wheel bearings and brakes (at 60% lining) were inspected and are road ready.
This unit was lightly used and is a clean comfortable camper. The mattress is brand new and the tires are only 18 months old with 70% tread remaining.
The vinyl covering on the couch is flaking off and it is likely you'll want to replace or re-cover it.
Exterior of the coach is in good sound condition.
