Blue Ox sway bar included. Electric tongue Jack. Roof is in good shape. No leaks. W/D prep. Lots of closet space. Heated underbelly. The only issue I'm aware of is the the fridge doesn't work consistently. It will get cold but it can't be trusted to stay cold consistently. We are selling because we bought a smaller unit.
