It has all 3 tanks or full hook up. Everthing runs on 12 volt except the air conditiong. Plugs into 110 volt, frig runs on electric or propane, water heater is electric or propane. Two large bunkbeds 74x48 & a 60X80 queen hard wall slide out. Couch slide out converts to bed
