4 slides, (Kitchen 10’, Bedroom 7’ , both sides of living room 6’ & 8’)
The entire camper is in excelent condition, the layout is fabulous,
No leaks in plumbing, no leaks in roof,
The 8’ living room slide had it’s floor and supports redone,
The awning is brand new end of last year,
Tires were replaced 5/28/21 with 14ply radial trailer tires,
32” TV in living room and old 19” TV in bedroom,
Electric fireplace is enough to keep propane use low,
Furnace is Propane and works great,
Hot water heater is Propane,
DC inverter works great,
Central Vacuum with all hoses,
All DC Light have been converted to LED 5/15/21,
Currently 3 wall sconces do not work but may have them repaired soon enough,
Refrigerator works just fine and need nothing,
Central AC is in great condition serviced last year, and keeps the camper cool,
There is another spot for a second unit to be added, although this camper only came with one unit,
If I were planning to keep this camper I would add a second AC in the front,
The furniture is a loveseat with storage underneath, 2 recliners, a Kitchen table and 2 chairs,
This unit has surround sound speakers built in, but no player/amplifier,
Plenty of storage throughout the camper, LOTS OF STORAGE,
Washer and dryer hookup in the front closet of the bedroom,
Below stowage is ample,
All valves work for grey and Black tanks,
Rear ladder rack is solid and in great shape,
ALL accessories are included ie hoses septic and water.
