We purchased it from a dealer in April 2021 and had several great services done by a professional RV service company including: brand new tires, 2 new LP tanks, new converter, new 30amp twist lock, upgraded water filter system and increased water pressure pump installed, tankless water heater and digital controller installed, new seal for the roof, flushed and cleaned holding tanks and full diagnostic to test all power and gas lines and checks for any leaks or weak spots (nothing was found and it is in great shape). It has been parked in a parking spot and we haven’t yet taken it on a trip. We intended on fully remodeling the interior, but our needs have changed and we no longer have a use for it. It’s a great trailer for a family and has had all the services to make it ready to go on the road.
