The exterior and interior are in excellent condition. It has a Catepillar engine and a Allison transmission. There is a water leak in the water tank or maybe the hot water heater (not sure which one), it doesn't leak inside the motorhome it just won't hold water, it leaks out below the motorhome. It has a slide out in the living room area. There is an awning that extends automatically. Automated leveling. Queen bed that you can access from both sides of the bed. My elderly parents own the motorhome. They spent their winters in Yuma, AZ. My mother passed away 2 years ago and my father doesn't feel comfortable traveling without her so that is the reason for selling.
