The common area has a 60" dual recliner couch providing seating for 5, a 36" HD TV with TiVo and integrated WiFi, and a Bluetooth Jensen sound system playing CDs, DVDs, and Blue-Ray discs. The bathroom is roomy enough for two, with a 30" x 36" shower and a 6 gal hot water heater. The manufacturer warranty has 5 months remaining, along with 53 months remaining for the extended warranty.
