We brightened up the space by painting the entire travel trailer white, adding in vinyl wood flooring, and replacing the countertops with beautiful teak wood. We removed the bench seating to reduce weight and modernize the space. Sleeps 4, however dining table in the slide out can be removed and a portable bed added for additional guests.

Boondock or luxury RV resort, this perfectly-sized travel trailer features TWO solar panels and batteries. Standard specs can be found on the Grand Design website. In addition to all of the goodies that come with this model, we're including:

• Equalizer hitch
• BOLT hitch locks
• Heated water hose
• utility water hose for flushing
• water hose for drinking w filter
• (2) spare tires (one is mounted)
• (1) extra propane tank (3 total)
• protective finish from dealer
• extra paint/flooring used for all Reno for any touch ups.

Notes: the travel trailer has a few small scratches from normal wear and tear. Slide is operating well, appliances in great working order. Tires are also in good condition with repacked bearings completed in March.
