This is a great couples/small family camper, that you can pull with just about anything. Dry weight is 3,656 lbs., at almost 21'. We bought it not two years ago and pulled all through the northwest with our Jeep Grand Cherrokee. Covid stopped us last year, and we have things in the way this year. So, It's really been used for one pull around. We had an exterior, interior protection coat put on at the dealer at a cost of almost $1K. The exterior and all finishes are great. The warranty on the protection system is good for another 3 years if you want to transfer it. I upgraded the AC distribution box, and thermostat so the unit shuts completely off when your temp is reached (like at home). Normally, the fan runs all the time, and then the condinser unit engages when you need to be cooled. (major difference) We had a difficult time sleeping with the fan running full time. I have a reese weight distribution and sway bar set up installed, that comes with the unit. The unit also comes with an added electric tongue jack, and is pre wired for solar. The awning is power, with exterior LED lights. Nice stereo with interior and exterior speakers. I have installed a pivot bracket for the tv. I also installed a wireless backup/rear view camera which is really nice when you are pulling, so you can keep track of what's behind you. (it seems to cut out for short periods once in a while, but still great to have. that's wireless) the monitor has a suction cup for your dash, and powers from the cigarette lighter. This unit has an incredable amount of storage. That's the reason we bought it. The larger style rv fridge, with seperate freezer door, is a huge plus in this little guy. It's not one of those tiny ones that you won't be happy with. The pantry and wardrobe are also great. Comes with water hose, dump hose and coupling, TV cable for hook up at the park, enough black water chems for two years, and enough toilet paper to get you by several Walmarts. The 30 amp power cord is built in. Honestly, ready to go.
