This travel trailer has been such an amazing, reliable unit for our family. After looking at all the floor plans across various units, this has been perfect. The separate room for kids doesn't impact your ability to move around while they're sleeping and has plenty of space for a family of 5. Only selling because we're looking into fifth wheels.

Unit has 50A service and upgraded with a second AC unit to manage the hot weather in the South (a must with 100+ degree temps). The primary ducted/non-ducted unit is a quiet Furrion 15,500 BTU tied to A/C control panel. In the rear bedroom it has the 13,500 BTU unit with manual temp adjustment & high/low AC or Fan Only. With these two units it will still freeze you out on the hottest days, even with window blinds up.

Tires were just replaced with top-rated Goodyear Endurance Load Range E tires. These are the best on the market and provide great peace of mind. Bearings greased every year, since mileage was never an issue. Electric stabalizer jacks are super convenient when reaching camp.

Outdoor kitchen has been great and very spacious for all the plates, cooking tools, spices, etc that you need right there. Propane Grill ties into camper LP through a connection in rear. It has been used quite a bit and needs to be either rebuilt or replaced (~$150).

Awning has been kept in great shape as you can see in pictures. All other appliances in the unit work great. TV inside had a tumble during transit prior to being mounted which messed up the coax on the tv only. We never replaced the TV since we always used the DVD player or a Roku anyway for content.
