This is a great 5th Wheel! We're only selling because circumstances have changed and we need a different layout for our family now.

Original Recliners broke, added an oversized residential recliner (shown in pictures), included if desired
Roof in good condition, no leaks. Pic upon request (when it stops raining!)

Price is based on NADA Spec Sheet Average Retail Base price of $36,900 instead of the total price of $46,440, since the recliners are gone and the water heater only works on electric.

We do still have a loan so we will need to work out the details through our banks or we can use escrow.com while the lien release and title transfer get processed.
