2017 Georgetown GT3 bunkhouse floor plan. This model is great for families or bigger groups with many bed options. The bedroom has a queen size bed with night stands equipped with a plugin on each side of the bed. Large closet cabinet and 3 drawers. A mounted TV with remote and cabinet behind for extra storage.

The bunk beds are long and will fit an adult comfortably. Each bed has its own TV with built-in DVD player and remote control. Also, has a light to turn on and a plug in each bunk.

The twin bed above the driver and passenger seats is operated with a key and electrically moves up and down with a push of a button.

The couch has a recliner for each seat giving you a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a movie straight on without having to crane your neck to see. It is also a jack-knife fold out bed that becomes about the size of a full bed. Dinette will also convert to a bed.

This RV has 5 TVs throughout including one outside. All TVs come with their own remotes and are connected to the satellite. The TV mounted above the dinette is wired with surround sound operated through the radio in the front console of the rv. The console will also operate the outside speakers for the outside TV.

The kitchen has lots of storage space and is completely accessible when slideout is in. It also has two expandable counter top areas for more space to cook and clean in. Stove and refrigerator operate off of a built-in propane tank. Refrigerator will switch to electric when plugged in.

The bathroom is a jack and jill bath with a pocket door into the bedroom. It has a large shower and medicine cabinet for storage.

You will also find a large amount of storage outside throughout the lockable storage bins around the coach.

This coach has new front tires and complete alignment done in April 2021. The water heater was also serviced in May 2021 with all new maintenance parts replaced to keep it working at its best. New windshield was also installed in May 2021.

Solar was put in December of 2020. The solar allows you to be off grid for longer periods of time without having to deal with the noise of the generator running or worrying about gas. To switch to solar is as simple as a push of a button in the coach.

This coach also comes equipped with arctic tanks. This will allow you to be out in the middle of winter and not have to worry about the water freezing.

This is truly a great coach.
