Get more for your money with this very well maintained and seriously upgraded 1 owner 5th wheel. One of the most desirable floor plans for any manufacturer with the rear living room, fireplace/heater, double recliner, fold out couch, island kitchen, large pantry, 4 door 12 cu ft. propane or electric fridge, large shower bathroom and large bedroom with east-west queen bed with under bed storage, large front closet with washer/dryer hook-ups and 7 drawer dresser and upper cabinets. New roof in 2017 after a tear from a tree branch, new slide seals at the Grand Design repair facility in 2019 along with a new Nautilus convenience center. Everything on this trailer is in operating condition. New theater seating. Some fabric breakdown on the rear couch. Body is excellent with the exception of some fade to the very high decals. Aluminum Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel hitch can be included. This unit will be especially loved by campers who want both luxury of "glamping" and the independence to live off the grid without compromise. 80 gal fresh water, 87 gal grey water and 47 gal black water capacity plus all the upgrades to power the unit by either solar or generator gives you the ability to live off grid for extended periods of time.
