Description

This fully self contained motorhome has been well traveled and it shows a bit. (The paint is starting to look faded, the leather on the seating is starting to peal but there are no hole or tears and we put nice aftermarket seat covers on the captains chairs). All the major functional items in this unit work and have been maintained or upgraded. It does have some cosmetic issues and needs some minor repairs to things like cabinet latches, vent fan needs to be replaced and rubber door seal on side door doesn't stay put. The positives are as follows: Had 100K tune-up and replaced all hoses belts and spark plugs. In 2019 Put on heavy duty Bilstein Shocks, New Tires and Brake Pads. Generator was serviced in January 2021. Also in January new AGM coach batteries were installed with Solar Panel Charger. Heat Pump/AC unit works great as does refrigerator and Convection/Microwave. Has upgraded heavy duty macerator for sewage. Surge protector included. Installed Kenwood Sirius Radio With Navigation. Vizio TV with DVD/Blueray and Cable Connection. The kitchen has a 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink, fridge, booth dinette that can be converted into a bed for extra sleeping space. It is also equipped with a spare tire with carrier and a back up camera. The hinge on the outside compartment on the passenger side is bent (but still works). The plastic fascia that goes around the Microwave came off and the plastic pins broke off so it looks ugly, but the Oven is secured and works just fine. This RV easily has another 100,000 miles on it. The NADA guide lists the Low retail for this model without Navigation or Solar Panel at $57,500. If interested I'll be happy to provide additional photos or answer questions. Thanks for looking. https://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2012/Roadtrek/Popular-210-Chev/6012696/Values

Copied from another ad but applies to this unit as well: Another major benefit of this 22 ft long RV is that it only takes up one parking space. When we traveled the country we had no problem parallel parking on the street in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, etc. As soon as you go longer than 20 feet your RV will take up at least 2 parking spaces and if you go wider it will take up 4.
This van makes it comfortable and easy to explore the outdoors and cities alike. We've traveled from coast to coast in this camper and had no problem parallel parking in D.C., New Orleans and Sealtle. Please ask any questions or request photos. I am happy to show the van near me.
