The trailer does come with a bumper to bumper warranty good for another four years for a great piece of mind. It is really just like new because sadly we have only used it two times a year since we bought it brand new almost four years ago. That's only reason we are selling it now. It does have a very large comfortable sofa sleeper. The bedroom comes with a queen bed and doors that shut for privacy. It has very large bunk beds that sleep four people comfortably. Also the dinette converts into a bed. The bathroom is very large and comfortable. Also comes with a stove, oven, microwave, very large refrigerator, freezer, phone chargers, LED TV in the main living area that can be rotated to viewed from the bedroom, very nice sound system with cd, dvd, Bluetooth with speakers inside and out, tons of cabinets inside for storage, lots of outside storage, outside refrigerator, outside stove, outside hose with hot water for cleaning, two large propane tanks, two batteries, power tow hitch for easy connection, air conditioner and nitro filled tires. You will also get several things we bought. That includes sewer connection hoses, power cords, power cord converter, cover, leveling blocks, tire stop wedges and anti sway bars.
