Clean and in very good condition. I became owner of this RV from a business transaction and have not used the RV since. I was really suprised to see how clean it was and without wear and tear. 3 windows are cracked, the awning was not provided, there is no battery and it needs new tires. While all the slide outs work perfectly, I have not tested the AC, heater or plumbing. Tires and windows will be repaired before long and the price will be adjusted upward upon completion.
