This well cared for  2004 bunkhouse shows like new. The upholstery and woodwork are all in excellent condition. It has a new mattress and all of the appliances including the roof A.C., micro-wave, stove top, oven, hot water heater, furnace, and flat screen T.V. are in working order. Externally the siding, and roof are also in very good condition. The tires are brand new and awning and battery are less than three years old. Brakes have recently been replaced. It has manual stabilizer jacks and a power front jack. Included in the sale of this unit is an adjustable ball mount with equalizer bars.    A new travel trailer this size would come in at three times the price of this unit.
