I am the second owner of this unit.
2020:
* Resealed unit
* Copper backflow valve added to water heater
* Upgraded electrical wiring in the underbelly
2021:
* Resealed roof
* Replaced front landing gear
* Replaced kitchen sink faucet
Overall, the unit is in good condition.

Please note: The video is of a unit of the same year as mine (2017). I have the brown furniture instead of the cream colored furniture. Also, I have a queen size bed instead of the king. No TV comes with this unit.
