This trailer is very clean, meticulously cared for and has had only one owner. There are two 150mw solar panels installed on the roof and keep the batteries fully charged most of the time. There are two new 6V batteries added at the end of last summer. The bearings were just re-packed and I had two new tires put on the rear axle last month. There are two RV Queen sized beds, 1 in the bedroom, 1 is a fold out love seat and the table folds down into a smaller bed so potentially sleeps 6. It has an indoor and outdoor shower. There is a pass through storage at the front of the trailer and plenty of storage inside. It holds 60 gallons of fresh water, 38 gallons of waste water and 76 gallons of gray water. There are two 7 gallon propane tanks (full). It has a 6 gallon water heater, and an electronic awning. It has one slide-out which is the love seat/RV queen bed. It also has a TV and stereo/DVD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. The heater works great and also has an AC unit that has been used very little. We love this trailer and are only replacing it so that we can get something that is more suitable for the type of camping we would like to do in the future.
