This camper is in very good shape. The ac unit is ducted 13,500 btu and the furnace is 19,000 btu. The camper closed is 24.5' and open is 28'. The dry weight is 4527 and gvwr 6322. I keep it covered in the winter and keep covers on the tires year round. Tires are a few years old, has electric tongue jack which makes hooking up easier. Has a king antenna for better tv reception.It also has a slideout topper to keep the slideout from getting water in the camper. The outside grill attaches to the camper for easy grilling. I feel that this Forest River Roo is well built. If you want a camper in good shape without spending a fortune you should come look at this one.
