Recent renovations done to make the RV a bit more modern and comfortable. Powered by a 275Hp Caterpillar Engine On a Freightliner Chassis, Air Bag Suspension, Air Brakes, Onan 7500 Diesel Generator, Basement A/C (with brand new thermostat control), Automatic Levelers, Double Door Gas/110V electric Dometic Refrigerator, Main/Window Awnings, Day/Night shades, 2 upgraded Smart TVs, Outdoor Entertainment Center, Microwave and 3 Burner Propane Range. Triple receiver hitch system and drawtite brake activator ready for towing our mounting. Upgrades completed within the past few months include 7 new tires (6 + spare), new roof coating, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, new leather dinette seating with extendable table, small dual bunk beds added, renovated kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and backsplash, memory foam mattress topper, and various accents like mounted art and new lamp shades. Coach was also serviced with fluid and filter changes about 2,000 miles ago and has new/current state inspection (from June 2021) valid for a year.

Overall great shape, especially for the age. There are a few minor nicks and scratches from normal use- visible in the pictures; such as a small crack in the windshield not spreading and not in the line of sight, a scrape on the rear passenger side from parking, and a small dent on the awning cover. You probably wouldn’t notice these blemishes if they weren’t pointed out! All appliances and systems are in working condition as of this post. I have several owner’s manuals, books, records, keys, etc. I have owned the unit for a year, and with changes in the workplace I no longer have time to enjoy and put it to use. Sold AS-IS! No trades.
