I purchased this travel trailer in 1998 as the second owner and used it annually between 1998 and 2012. Since 2012, except for routine maintenance it has not been used. This travel is in excellent body and interior condition and the following new items added in 2021 are: 4 new ST205/75/R15 tires for a dual axle), new toilet, new battery,oven exaust vent,new gas regulator for dual tanks and a new bathroom faucet. This trailer is very clean and includes the following extras: tow hitch, tow bars, extra 5 gallon water containers and a portable waste water tank. It sleeps 4 with one pemanent bed ( sleeps 2) and a table which folds down to sleep two more. The refrig operates on propane or electricity. Other features include a 4 burner gas stove with an oven, shower which allows one to sit or stand, dual propane tanks, newer roof vents, external electric and TV outlets, gas furnace and ample storage for weekend trips or extended travel.
