Originally paid We had MANY configurations as we also worked from the Trailer 1/2 the time we lived in it. We have all of the couches and chairs but did remove one couch to accomodate a desk then a second Tv for gaming. Both side couches are pull out sleepers. Main couch reclines - includes cup holders & built in seat heater. 2 Heat/Cooling Units.

Stayed cool during Texas Heat (101 degree days!) and warm during Ohio Winter with skirting (Freezing temps). Ability to control different temps in both front and back of unit. 2 Propane tanks & electric fireplace.

Has upgraded window roller shades & roller blinds. The fridge is larger than our home fridge! Convection microwave. Whole trailer speaker system.

Purchased in Texas, brought to Ohio - Only real trip. Was used as home in long term park/yard for ~6 months while purchasing a home.
