Two queen beds lower from top, bottom makes booth dinette or bed. Rear deck has fence, gate, and steps. Washer and dryer conections. We have added a folding shelf in garage for icemaker we have. Shelf will fold flat against wall for those long toys if needed. Loft with built-in ladder. Storage cabinets. AM/FM, bluetooth stereo wired to inside and outside.

Outside: Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water, trash door, storage, and television. Two large electric side awnings and one rear electric awning over deck. Fuel station for toys. 20 gal and 30 gal tanks. 20 for generator. You can transfer from 30 for extended stays. Rear camera.

Inside: Fireplace with or without heat. Two couches in living room. one long with recliners on both ends, the other is L-shaped with recliner. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Large U-shaped kitchen with 3 door residential SS fridge, convection microwave, propane oven, SS three burner stove, single bowl SS sink. All appliances are upscale. Great storage. Soundbar for large living room tv. AM/FM, Bluetooth compatible.
