Description

2007 35 foot Winnebago Sightseer with Bunks in great condition. The rig has had some recent upgrades and is ready for an adventure!

The motorhome has plenty of room and private spaces for everyone including 2 bunks and a King size bed. The couch and dining nook can turn into beds as well! It has front and back slides for even more space (both well maintained and checked for leaks).

We have upgraded the curtains for a more modern look. Carpet, flooring, couch and bench upholstery are original. They are in good condition, but are 14 years old and have seen some wear and tear.

All appliances work including front and back air conditioner (cabin air was recently serviced as well) - includes refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave convection oven. There is a TV in the living space and one in the main bedroom. Bunks also each have personal DVD players.

The house batteries have been upgraded to 80w and the engine battery was replaced this year. The inverter has been replaced to charge the new house batteries while you're cruising down the road. We recently upgraded the hot water heater thermostat, mother board and control module. We also had brand new tires put on in December of 2020. We installed an electric brake controller for a tow dolly. Recently had the transmission flushed and tires aligned. The generator has been well maintained and has plenty of hours left on it. The engine is the reliable Ford v10 Triton which also makes it much easier to get serviced and maintain.

Price reduced because while we were traveling across the country we encountered a rough storm which ripped the awning off. The leveling jacks were also recently serviced but need a new control panel. The Kwikee Level Best is a discontinued model and I've had it serviced several times, but honestly I think it's best to replace the entire leveling system with a modern one. I was going to have the awning and jacks replaced and have a quote from a local place to do it all for about $5100. However, most RV service places in the area are 6 weeks out and I need to sell the rig before returning back west in a couple weeks. I've dropped the price so that whoever wants to make an offer on 'as is' can save that money to get those items replaced.

We've taken many trips in it with only using leveling blocks and had no problems. It runs great and we've had a blast in it! My recommendation would be to see the camping season out and then put it in for those repairs before winter.
