We call her "Gracie". She is very well loved and cared for. She has all the standard specs. of a 2250RK which includeFresh Water tank - 52gal, Grey Tank - 78 gals, Black Tank - 39 gal. She has (2) 20lb propane tanks and an electric fireplace heater. A dometic refrigerator / freeze that runs super cold and I have had no issues. A telescopic tv which me husband loves and a sounds system that all the neighbers can hear. We oopsed on our first time out and ran our exterior speakers for the first 10min of the movie.lol There are also (2) oversized recliners with heat, message and lighting built in and are perfect for movie nights. Mirowave only used once and works great. A three burner stove / oven and is in perfect working order. I have actually never used the oven but it has been tested and works great. There is storage everywhere inside this RV. Also, there are outlets on both side of the bed for charging along with (2) USB port. This girl has got it ALL! We just had it at General RV in Ashland in December for winterization and they sprayed and lubed all seals and joints, including the slideout gasket. She went back in to Gander RV of Roanoke in May to have the de-winterized and the tire bearings packed and a final look over. She is completely ready for the 2021 Camping season. What we have upgraded is a cover over the slide-out, upgraded the rear steps and the R-6 hitch system that will be included with the RV.
