Description

No smokers, no pets, no shoes on the carpet; probably the cleanest best smelling used 2018 model RV you'll ever find. Note that the NADA book states average retail is $60,350 and low retail is $50,100.

Specifications I know of:

- auto-leveling system
- hydraulic slideout system (as opposed to electric)
- curved or arched shape rooftop; not typical flat roof construction
- Gel coat finish (so it stays shiny/wet looking)
- dual ducted a/c units with one thermostat in the living area and the other in the bedroom
- a/c return ducts near outside walls of RV, not under a/c unit itself (necessary for super quiet system)
- queen size bed
- large residential style refrigerator/freezer with icemaker
- rigid/fixed entry/exit steps (whole mechanism flips up to interior when traveling)
- shelf next to each pillow (for water, glasses, book, phone, etc.)
- washer/dryer connections
- wide shower with sliding glass doors, single lever water temperature control and shower bench
- headroom when standing in the shower (I'm 6' and my head isn't close to the ceiling when showering)
- 2 lavatories & 2two medicine cabinets in the bathroom
- deep underbelly storage
- "G" rated tires, 7,000 lb axles, electric brakes, self-adjusting brakes
- zerks on axle ends so putting in new grease removes old grease (never have to remove bearings to lube them)
- solid surface countertops (100% waterproof)
- variable speed ceiling exhaust fan in kitchen, changes speed based on the temperature selected
- hardwood chairs & table (not bench-style)
- frameless dark tint windows w/roll down shades
- extra/"bar" countertop

I replaced the original 12v batteries in late 2019 with 6v deep cycle batteries. Why? They have more reserve or amp-hour capacity so you can run the furnace all night if needed. Original tires are about 1/3 worn. The trailer's empty hitch weight is about 2,200 lbs per book, and I've been towing the trailer with a SRW F350. Scale weight when full of personal belongings with water tank full also, is 98% of the rear axle weight rating (but I don't know how much the truck rear axle supports when there is no load in the pickup bed so the actual loaded trailer hitch weight is still an unknown to me).

There is no transmission or fuel type applicable, but Craiglist required a selection in those fields. I can deliver the trailer for $1.50/mile x miles from here to wherever you want the trailer delivered. I have a clear title; no loan.
