One owner and is in a campground in Nebo, NC. Can be taken out of the 12 month campground if desired. If it stays at the campground (with beautiful lake) it is priced for that. If you take from campground then we will price for less than showing. The campsite includes 8x10 new building with regular washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator. We have replaced the refrigerator inside camper with a regular residential small sized one.
