Our lightly used 26.75 ft double-axle Minnie 2201DS by Winnebago is high quality and one of its most popular travel trailers of all time. Tons of storage outside plus lots of room inside including a private queen bedroom; slide-out dinette/extra bed; extra large full bath; and roomy kitchen with stainless double sink, 3-burner stove, oven and microwave. This is a one-owner non-smoker unit with light and bright white-washed furniture style cabinetry. We replaced the factory mattress with a high-end 12 inch thick memory foam queen mattress. It has most of the available options including the 15,000 BTU A/C; 28 inch LCD TV; 19 ft electric awning; 12V tongue jack; black tank flush; 30 lb LP tank upgrade; rear ladder; fold away entry grab bar; night shades; outside kitchen with 2-burner stove, sink and small refer; rear ladder; outside TV hookup and more. The bath is exceptionally large with huge wardrobes, linen closet, sink with vanity and Rx cabinet; and a large shower. Unlike the 2017 and newer 2201DS models, this one includes wall privacy separation of the bedroom with rotating TV that can be viewed from either the main room or bedroom, radio controls and more storage. Inside the bedroom is another wardrobe and overhead cabinets. For some reason, maybe to reduce costs, Winnebago’s later models removed the wall that held the TV/storage and gave the bedroom privacy, and insteadput the TV in place of some of the very handy pull-out pantry while replacing the wall with a curtain. The roomy slide-out dinette easily sleeps two kids or very friendly adults. Other amenities include:

The coach is in excellent condition including brand new tires. The only issue is deteriorated decals on one-side. These are being replaced or can be replaced.
