2015 Forest River Forester 2401R - Mercedes Sprinter - Low Mileage
This is a very special unit. We upgraded the suspension so it drives like a car.

• Installed Koni Shocks on the Front and Rear. These are superior riding shocks.


• Install Sumo Shocks - These are actual like an air bladder that sits between the frame and leaf springs. It keep the RV from rocking when you drive it.


• The quietest tires are Michelins so I removed the Continental stock tires (they actually cost a little more than the Michelins) after 5,000 miles. So they are included too. A second set of tires !


• We had Zbart do the quiet undercoating.


• We have brackets to hookup an exterior RV when parked.


• Includes is a White Windshield Cover for privacy.


• The people sitting in the Dinette can watch TV while the RV is driving down the road !


• We also bought a big roll of extra stock carpet so it can be recarpetted if someone wants to.


• Because of the above, you will not find and smoother and quieter Sprinter RV. It drives with one finger.

Other options that came standard

• Rear and Side Slide-out.


• Rear Bed, Dinette Bed and Overhead Head Bed - Sleeps (6)


• Leveling / Stabilizer Feet - These come down when it is parked so the RV doesn’t rock when you walk around in it. Not all Sprinter RV’s have this option.


• Heating Pads on the Water Tanks.


• You want one with an overhead storage above the Drivers Seat. This area can store A LOT of items, which is needed in these Sprinter RV’s.


• The Booth Dinette has (2) Seatbelts, in addition to the front seatsbelts.


• (2) TV’s.


• Dyson Vacuum.


• Captain Chairs swivel to interior.


• Entertainment Audio with Subwoofer.


• Side and Rear Cameras…I leave the Rear Camera on while I am driving to see what is behind me.


• It has all the regular items, like a Stove Top, Generator, Frigerator, Shower, Roof AC, Toilet, TV Antenna, etc.

The vehicle has always been serviced by Mercedes and it is currently in their shop for the Service B, which is not due untill 20,000 miles. 90% of its life it has been stored in our insulated garage. The great things about this RV is you can drive it like a car. Park in fast food parking lots, shopping parking lots, etc. You don’t need a tow vehicle, even thought it will tow one. When you need to leave for a little bit, it wraps up quick and you are back on the road. Once I get it back from Mercedes I’ll load some more photos.
This RV has been well taken care of and the only reason we are selling it is due to my wife’s health.
