Gently used. We are second owners. First owner used it less than a year. We have used it in central Texas once and Arizona twice. It was stored two winters because we couldn't travel due to illness.

We have strived to take very good care of this rv. None smokers. One cat has traveled with us.

Hydraulics have been gone through. Axels were aligned to ensure best tire wear. Brand new, huge, double door gas/elec fridg and freezer. New Goodyear Endurance tires late 2020. Roof cleaned and conditioned yearly. New 10 year gas detector. Excellent spare and rim. Slides/cables checked over in 2019 by Pleasureland St.Cloud,MN and one slide motor replaced. CLEAN, carpets shampooed, tinted windows with day/night shades. 2 gray tanks. Real blinds in dining area. We have xtra ride warranty, so anything that has needed to get done has been taken care of promptly. No leaks.

The only damage is the back ladder (very bottom) has been bent in. Strength or function not affected.

Insulation pkg is what sold us on this rv. Have been in lots of teen temps and never any condensation in closets.

Sold with BRAND NEW EXTRA TALL FULL COVER and individual wheel covers. Also has roof mounted Wineguard satellite dish for Dish network or Direct tv. No reciever. Has all the bells and whistles. Central vac,fantastic fans with rain sensors,double stainless sink, 5 slides with retractable covers ( no rips or tears), huge plush sofas, outside entertainment center, extra leaf for table, built in desk, tall porcelain toilet, 6 point auto leveling, 2 ac's, electric awning, etc etc.Pictures of ALL MFG details will be included in ad.

Tows remarkably well and very smoothly due to Montana hitch and axel design.

We still owe a small amount. Buyer would have to provide a form of guaranteed payment to us and bank. Lienholder says it would be about 2 weeks for liencard to come back, therefore it will be that long before buyer would be able to title it. We will provide bill of sale and notarized document to backup promise of liencard.

Selling as we are looking for smaller pre-emissions diesel coach. We hope someone will enjoy this unit as much as we have.
