34' 30 amp fifth wheel with three slideouts, large storage underneath neck. Flooring has been replaced with tongue and groove flooring and painted cabinets to give a more modern feel. Roof/walls/floors in great shape, no mold or soft floors/walls. New A/C last year. Gas water heater works. Very open floorplan, could be set up many different ways for different situations. Holds 2 30lb propane tanks. Flaws are the awning tarp needs replaced, small hole in the inside wall at the back of the camper, and the bathroom shower has a small leak (might just need new chaulking). Other than that it goes down the road nice. Has conversion to goosneck ball on right now. Will come with everything needed to get hooked up at a park. Extra power cord, new rhino sewer hoses, water hose etc.
