This Monaco is exceptionally clean and needs nothing but new owners. I have the lein free NYS title, but it does have a rebuilt brand on it from an electrical problem with the air conditioner that ended up being a broken wire. Monoco recommended the fix was to remove front/rear cap and lift off the roof for the repair which caused the vehicle to be totaled. All that actually needed to be done was to snake a new wire through and the A/C was fixed. I have all the paperwork and pictures from the repair if you'd like to see and inspections have all been done. Everything is in 100% working order & we offer a 30 day warranty.
