This coach is set to sell turn key. All you will need is your clothing and personal items to hit the road. It comes with filters and parts for maintenance on the road. I personally park it and go 2 plus weeks before I need to worry about adding fresh water. As long as there is even some sunshine the batteries recharge fully off the solar array every day. And I only run the generator for the AC. There are several cosmetic issues. But over all its very comfortable and reliable. It runs great and gets 9 mpg at 65 mph.
