2008 Winnebago Outlook 29B Class C Motorhome - asking $44,900 or B.R.O.

-We are only the 2nd owners of this RV and have put less than 2k miles on it
-Brand new tires in 2020 on all 6 wheels Air bags over the rear axle to support more weight
-Buckles 4 passengers in the cabin, 2 at kitchen table and 2 on the couch.
-Sleeps up to 8 (4 or 5 comfortably)
-2 slide outs: One is the queen size master bedroom and one is the couch (double bed sofa)Over cab bunk double sleeper and kitchen table opens to a bed, as well.
-Bathroom with toilet and sink is separate from shower
-Shower has its own sliding rollout privacy door
-TV, cable hookup capabilities, dvd/cd/radio in the “living room” space
-Spacious when couch slide out is open
-Carpeted floors in master bedroom and living room: cleaned and shampooed regularly, area rugs laid down to help keep clean
-Laminate flooring in kitchen and bathroom/hallway area
-Kitchen and all the cabinetry is high quality and in great shape.
-Microwave oven, gas stove cooktop in the kitchen. Fridge fits a lot of food and runs on gas or electricity. Freezer works well.
-Other Features: Gas and electric water heater. 2 new deep cycle batteries in the cabin to power when not hooked up to electricity. 30 amp hookup and it has a Onan generator
-Fresh water tank has an electric heating element to prevent freezing
-Tons of good storage space inside.
-Mirrored closets in the master bedroom, as well.
-Awning is in great condition
-Roof is in great condition
-Brand new fan unit and the A/C and heater work well (propane heat)
-Brand new bluetooth radio in the driver cab area, which is very clean and has hardly a scratch

-Items that could be fixed/aren’t “perfect”: 2 slideout awnings (they work, but need to be replaced. We have the awning material which will be included with the RV)
-The decorative vinyl on the outside, along the bottom is faded a little in places and slightly peeling only in a few areas
-Master bedroom: some of the curtains don’t stay open and could use repair on just the strings
