This is a very nice motor coach, this is a diesel pusher with a caterpillar engine, And 6 speed Allison transmission, tires are in good shape  , brand new inverter all electronics are hooked up the generator so if the batteries get low it automatically starts the generator and charges the batteries ,all new carpet, new flooring in kitchen, bath, blinds have been steam clean. Has a brand new four-door refrigerator with ice maker. There’s a brand new 10 gallon water heater. 
All new faucets fixtures , New microwave. New couch. New recliner chair with massage and heat, Solar panels on the roof and hooked up working, replace some of the lights with LED. was working on new shelf’s in bath for washer and dryer will need to be finished. 
New thermostat for AC and heat the AC‘s work just needs a new control module for the new thermostat.
