Just bought a bigger one. Nothing wrong with this one other than the canvas is torn on the awning but I have a new one coming. I’ve put stabilizers on it, battery switch, 24” flatscreen television with a glass shelf above it, a shelf by the door with hooks for hanging keys and a memory foam mattress on one of the bunks. No weight distributing package. Sorry! I need it for my new trailer. Well taken care of. Very good condition. Very clean!
