This Born Free 26RB was made for those who appreciate traveling in the lap of luxury. Finely crafted solid oak cabinets, cabinet doors and drawers compliment the luxurious leather upholstered, super comfortable sofas and captain’s chairs. In addition, thoughtful design details are found throughout this Born Free motorhome. Storage abounds including 2 pantries, numerous kitchen cabinets and drawer, plus 2 clothing closets (32" and 42" clothes bar) and 6 pullout clothing drawers. The sofa bed (42" x 76") and queen bed over cab (66" x 82") are very comfortable. There are 2 sliding windows, 2 reading lights and 2 small storage cubbies, one on either side of the bed over cab. The 35-gallon fresh water tank was thoughtfully placed under the sink where you can see how much water remains. The propane tank is a generous 23 gallons (80% of capacity) and an accurate gauge is located near the fill valve. The very capable Ford E-450 engine makes driving this RV a pleasure. When the bathroom door is open, you have a clear view to facilitate backing up (no camera needed). The on-board generator (or when plugged in to 30-amp outlet) powers the refrigerator, 110v outlets, AC and microwave. When unplugged, the 2 DC coach batteries power ignition for the furnace, refrigerator and water heater plus the monitor panel, fluorescent lights, reading lights, TV Antenna Amplifier Booster, Bath Vent and 12v outlets. Propane powers the furnace, water heater, 3 burner cooktop and refrigerator. The tires were replaced March 2020 and have only 12K miles on them.
