Well maintainted almost 33 ft. Class A. When not in use has been kept in enclosed, covered storage. Mostly used to stay in during the winter months in warmer climates. Low miles. Tires are 3 years old. Always covered when we are not traveling. Norcold refrigerator. All updates and recalls perfomed. Mattress replaced 3 years ago. Standard Queen. Lots of hanging storage in the bedroom.
We did some alteration to the original plan. Dining booth was removed to make a place for the recliner. We added a coffee table that lifts that can serve as a dining table. Added a infrared fireplace to keep everything nice and cozy. All furniture, fixtures, etc are in good shape. Sale includes the wheel covers and side screen for the awning.
