This 2006 Fleetwood Bounder 35e has been well cared for and has had lots of cosmetic interior updates like newly painted walls, flooring, carpet and new faucets. It has an oven with 3 burner stove top, a microwave, a 4 door fridge, an onan generator, an awning and it even has a washer/dryer combo. It has two A/C's which keeps you cool in those beautiful but hot locations.

The coach has a work horse chasis and self-leveling jacks. Has large fresh water storage (85 gallons) and has a 6 gallon hot water heater. You will not run out of hot water during a shower and it will feel like you are glamping instead of camping.

Purchased all new michelin tires in 2018. Queen sized bed with a comfy bed in a box memory foam mattress from 2018.

We are also included all the items we purchased for it including- tire minder monitoring system, surge protector, 30 & 50 amp cords, drinking and heated hoses, etc.

**Update- We had an inspection on the rig done. We have chosen not to repair them but have dropped the price to cover the items. The following items were found to need to be repaired:

Remove and replace Hot water heater
Small leak near front dash
Leak in bathroom repair and fix panel
Remove the old sealant from the roof and replace

The cost for repairs is $3,000

Also, we are paying to get an oil change in RV and generator before we sell it.
