1983 Vintage Sportscoach SXIII, gently used, interior is in beautiful condition. Passed smog 3 mo ago, clean title, registered till 5/22.
Hydraulic levelers, icemaker, alarm, aisle lights, lighted bar, loads of storage. 2 thermostate-controlled ceiling fans, 3-way fridge, back-up camera. 2 a/c's & furnances. 2 gas tanks. 2 new on board batteries.
Tires and brakes have 5,000 on them.
in 2018 (4700 miles ago) the house water pump, hot water heater, kitchen & bath faucets replaced, both engine fuel pumps were replaced. Also a new Brightworks roof topcoat was applied. Also went thru Campingworlds 45 pt inspection. All house systems checked, fixed or serviced. Receipts provided.
