This is a 1950 Spartan Royal Mansion that's been in the family since the 1970's. Obviously needs restoration work. As far as I can tell everything is original. Missing items that I'm aware of is the original kitchen dinet upholstery and the front end bed/original upholstery. The refrigerator still works, I'm not able to check the kitchen stove and coleman furnace as we don't have a gas hookup. Have the old original documentation and paperwork. I'm fairly certain it's not towable/road worthy at this point.
