This 2021, 35' Rockwood Travel Trailer is in new condition and unlike a dealership we actually have it to sell. We bought it October 2020 and took 4 camping trips and a few nights in the back yard for less than 15 total nights and it's been towed less than 500 miles. We really love the quality of the Rockwood but this layout isn't as good for our family as we thought it would be. I think this unit would be perfect for a couple, especially for long trips. It has a bunch of storage throughout including the walk-in closet in the bathroom with washer/dryer hookup. If you aren't familiar with Rockwood then you need to famiarize yourself with them and their quality level. I think they are the best in their pricepoint. I love the Dexter Torflex axles that eilminate spring/shackle problems and ride much smoother. The powered stabilizers help reduce shake when setup. The Goodyear Endurance tires are some of the best you can buy and are like new and include a tire pressure monitoring system.

It includes all the standard items 50 amp power cord, powered tongue jack, powered awning as well as the optional 2nd ducted A/C with heat pump, theater seating, king size bed, and linen closet in the bathroom. I added 2 slide toppers, bedroom tv on an articulating arm, bug screens on all appliance openings, tp holder, papertowel holder, and shelves (all easily removable). It could sleep up to 6 people, 2 being sort of small. Notice I show the dinette converted into a bed. The electric fireplace works wonders!

This truly is a really nice camper and if it better fit our needs we'd not even consider selling it. We intend to replace it with a Rockwood 5th wheel because their quality is just so hard to beat.
