2 queen beds. Both queen beds can be plugged in and heated for those cool autumn or early spring mornings. Dinette that seats four and can be turned into a bed. Jackknife sofa/bed. Sleeps 8.

Kitchen has gas/electric refrigerator, three burner stove top with glass top to proved more counter space, oven and microwave with hood vent, modern single basin stainless Steele sink. Below the sink is a cabinet and three drawers to store all your kitchen ware.

 Plenty of storage inside and out. A/C (13500 BTUs), propane furnace. 50 gallon fresh water tank. 30 gallon grey water tank and 30 gallon black water tank with flush. Outdoor shower. 10’ awning with LED lights. Interior needs exterior speakers, AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth radio. HDTV antenna and mount for a small TV (we never used it). 2 propane tanks. Manual leveling. 6 gallon electric/propane water heater.

18.5 long when closed up and 24 feet long when the beds are out. 

This little trailer is in like new condition. My family has made a lot of great memories in this little trailer. We are only selling because we have decided we would like to upgrade to something bigger so we can stay out longer and make even greater memories.
