This camper is in EXCELLENT condition! We have only used it 6 times (1 week and 5 weekend trips) over the past 4 years. This camper also has 3 years of its 7-year extended warranty left. It comes with everything you to hit the road TOWING (Equal-i-zer sway control hitch; FRESHWATER equipment (hose, water regulator, hose nozzle, y-connector, shut off valve); ELECTRICAL (50amp cord, 50amp to 30amp adapter, 110v to 50amp adapter, surge guard); SETUP (x-chock tire locks, Anderson self-level ramps); SEWER (15ft hose, 2 - 10ft hoses, y-connector, clear elbow, 2 - 90-deg sewer elbows, and 2 - 20ft sewer hose supports); Ikea Pressa Hanging Dryer for towels, and 9’x18’ outdoor mat. There are other smaller items like the dish strainer, waste basket, utensils (eating & cooking), etc. that will come with it. I also installed a disconnect switch on the batteries to keep them from draining. There is a ton of storage in this model as you can see in the pictures. It is a GREAT setup for a family that can find the time to use it so come and get it!
