PRIVATE SELLERN.NO DEALER FEES!!!

Only used 3 x and less than 10,000 miles so barely used. Has been thoroughly inspected by a local RV company. No leaks, no holes, no issues other than it has 2 Bama stickers in the back window, but I will let you scrape those off if you want. :)

3 slides with solid gears providing expanded living space. Honestly, too many ammenities to list and you can pull up on Google or discern from pictures.

These and equivalents are selling online for $32-$35k and was MSRP at $80,000 new in 2013. I only have an F 150 and can't get it to Florida.

Needs a new awning ($250), but I didn't want to order in case it sells fast.

Have a contract on the property where it is stored and must move this within the month.
