Basically Brand New. It has been on 5 camping trips. We love the unit; but need to adjust our camping plans due family circumstances. It has a couple great improvements. Brand new on demand Nautilus hot water heater and Splendide xc 7100 washer/dryer combo. Also have a great automatic sliding tow-rite 19k 5th wheel hitch with universal mount that can fit into any truck even a short bed.
