Everything works very well.
The bed frame was cut to fit a queen size mattress for more walk around room but it also comes with a brand new (still in the package) king size Serta RV mattress that came with the RV originally. There is a small tear in the carpet near the dining table area that can be easily fixed and a few scratches on the dining table.
